- Kevin Brown followed-up to see if everything was resolved
- Advised him that all is well so far and thanked him for his assistance
- Kevin advised that if anything else is to come up we should contact him
So we've been experiencing issues with our service (in particular - our bills) from Enmax since our original signed agreement date of August 25, 2005. Problems after problems, we thought it was high time that the public is aware of what's happening. If you have stories about them or comments about them, please don't hesitate to leave them on the post!
